As I sit in my home with my windows now 6 months old and it's literally 1 friggin degree outside I truly can't believe how great these windows perform! They are tremendous! You stand next to them with single digit temperatures outside and don't feel any material radiant cold. There is also the noticeable absence of that low level constant draft here and there. Their effectiveness in the heat of the summer was impressive as well.

Both the quality of the windows AND the installation have truly exceeded expectations.

I don't know about you but I have come to rely on the ability to find unbiased honest descriptions of other people's experiences. I think back about how few positive reviews I was able to find out there when I was looking. I did find the reviews that were questionable or outright "...stay away!". I remember nervously going to Ted a month after we ordered and a month prior to the install to ask about the the about the lawsuits I saw out there, the comments about failed seals and shoddy quality of the windows. His quite confidence was reassuring and the resulting performance of the units speak for themselves.
